Everyone Is Dirty
Everyone is Dirty first started shocking audiences with the raw power of their music in 2013. Formed in Oakland, California, the band quickly struck a nerve with their explosive sound and electrifying live show. They developed a powerful and singular chemistry virtually overnight—the combination of frontwoman Sivan Lioncub’s electric-violin sorcery, powerful stage presence, charged lyrics and sometimes ethereal, sometimes ferocious vocals; Chris Daddio’s pawn shop guitar crunch; the driving post-punk bass lines of Tyler English; and Tony Sales’ expressive and explosive drumming coalesced into a force to be reckoned with.
Prism Bitch
Prism Bitch started as a performance arts project in Albuquerque, NM, but rapidly volcanoed into total bandhood by 2016. Their first release "The Getaway," and first year of shows got them nominated for best live band in The Weekly Alibi and won them spots opening for bands like Le Butcherettes and Shonen Knife. Since then, they have played Treefort Fest and recorded an EP with respected engineer, Toshi Kasai in Los Angeles. Prism Bitch is on tour with Built to Spill in September 2018 and has been confirmed for music festivals; Freak Out, in Seattle (Nov. 16), and OffBeat in Reno, NV (Nov. 9). The group has created a local reputation for being a wildly performative live act, retaining their roots as a thrashing punk band, and has also developed a strong pop sensibility; often being compared to The Pixies and the B-52's. They manage to represent a wide span of influences but could best be described as soul punkers that want to rocknroll no matter what.
